It might seem like a bit of an obvious statement, but I have some great friends.
It’s really weird looking back and thinking that if I hadn’t decided to finally go to an O’Day in my third year of uni and join the Quidditch club (just out of curiosity), I wouldn’t know the majority of people I now consider my closest friends.
For this years Christmas dinner, we were able to host for the first time in the new masterbeaters abode. While the house isn’t exactly equipped to dine or sleep 20 people, we’re not excactly your average people, so it works. The night wasn’t super heavy on playing board games, but did see about 6 games hit the table, including an old classic: white blank cards. The night also saw us gain two new additions to our board game collection: Fog of Love, and Hanabi.
The goal of 40 over 4 days continues! Between the three of us I’m thinking we can manage 20 shots relatively comfortably, so being at 66/107 with 2 and a half days to go isn’t too bad.
